This soothing Sikh Ardas, also known as Tu Thakur (or Tum Thakur Tum), is a Sikh Shabad found in the Sukhmani Sahib on page 268 of the Guru Granth Sahib (sacred Sikh Scriptures). This Gurbani can be recited before and after eating.
The power and blessings in the chanting of Siri Guru Granth Sahib have been shared with us through the experience and knowledge of Yogi Bhajan.
He has explained how the inner sound current is tapped and how the chanting of Gurbani transforms the mind to give the experience of the Divine within oneself.
”Gurbani serves the purpose of spiritual soap and medicine for the diseased mind.” – Sant Harnam Singh Ji Rampur Khera Wale.
